• Weekly support package (£100): Includes one email and two phone calls
• Single support calls (£50 per call)
• Support can be used as needed for up to 4 months after consultation

Support packages are valid for 4 months from your initial consultation. After this period, a new consultation will be needed to address age-appropriate strategies and developmental changes.

While refunds aren't provided if issues resolve quickly, you can:

• Split your remaining support time within the 4-month period
• Use the time for advice on future routine progressions
• Discuss any questions about moving forward

Yes, you can spread your support sessions across the 4-month period following your consultation.

Due to developmental changes and evolving sleep needs, a new consultation will be required to ensure age-appropriate strategies.
